I’m one of those professionals and today, I’m excited to take you through a day in my life.
Starting the Day Right
My day starts bright and early at 6 am. After a quick breakfast, I head out to our first call of the day, armed with my trusty toolkit and a steaming cup of coffee. Our company takes pride in delivering trusted heating and cooling services and personally, there’s joy in knowing that each day I make someone else’s home more comfortable.
Weather variations in New York are no joke. While it may heat up in summer, winters can be icy cold. Thus, our job is vital in ensuring people stay comfortable regardless of the season. It’s a job with plenty of responsibility, but one which feels incredibly rewarding.
Learning and Growing
No two days are the same here at Northeast. Every call is a challenge and a new opportunity to learn. Understanding each customer’s unique requirements, troubleshooting problems, and figuring out the best course of action – every task demands skill, knowledge, and patience. I might be working on different heating systems in East Greenbush one day and installing the latest cooling system in Latham the next.
